Documents Required For RCMC Application Form

Validity of RCMC

RCMC is valid for five years from 1st April of the licensing year and ends on 31st March of the licensing year.

From de-registration, within 45 days appeal can be made against de-registration by an aggrieved party to DGFT or other designated agency and their judgment shall be considered final.

What are the reports required to be furnished as an RCMC holder?

An exporter holding an RCMC registration has to present details of the exports made by the trader and disclose the associated report to the concerned Exports Promotion Council (EPC). In addition to this, the RCMC holder can present the quarterly returns in the prescribed format to the Federation of Indian Exports Organization (FIEO).

RCMC Registration Fees

You need to pay government fees 5000 exclusives of GST. Payment can be made either online like credit or debit cards or offline like demand draft in favor of APEDA payable in respective cities of APEDA offices. These government fees paid will be refunded by the registering authority in case of refusal of registration.

When can the RCMC registration be canceled?

The RCMC registration can be canceled by the authority upon:

  • Furnishing false report
  • Breach of laws by the registering authority

  • Failure to export the scheduled product for 12 months
